To Add New Customer with Subscription and without Subscrption, please follow the following steps :-
1) Login to Plesk control panel.
2) Click on "Customers"
3) Click on "Add New Customers"
4) Fill Customer Information fileds.
5) Fill details as marked in RED "Access to Panel."
Credentials that the customer will use to access their Control Panel.
6) Properties of the website provisioned together with the subscription.
"Check box Create subscription for the customer"
7) Click Ok.
