Please follow the following steps:
1) Login to Plesk control panel.
2) Click on Subscriptions.
3) Select the corresponding Subscriptions from the list.
4) Click on Websites & Domains > Click Databases.
5) Click Add New Database.
6) Enter the Details as marked in RED.
Click Ok.
Information: The database gwtestaa_ was created.
7) Click Users Tab.
8) Click Add Database New User.
9) Enter the Details as marked in RED.
Click ok.
The database user dtname1 was successfully created.
