To Manage DNS Settings, please follow the following settings:-
Manage DNS zones for your domain names.
1) Login to Plesk control panel.
2) Click on "Websites & Domains Tab".
3) Click on "DNS Settings"
4) To turn off DNS service Click on Switch off the DNS Service.
Information: The DNS zone gwdemo.com is no longer served by this DNS server.
5) To turn on DNS service Click on Switch on the DNS Service.
Information: The DNS zone gwdemo.com is now served by this DNS server.
6) To Switch DNS Service for secondary mode, Click on Switch DNS Service Mode.
Information: This server now acts as a slave for the DNS zone gwdemo.com.
7) To Switch DNS Service for primary mode, Click on Switch DNS Service Mode.
Information: This server now acts as a master DNS server for the zone gwdemo.com.
8) To Add DNS Record, Click on Add Record.
Create New Resources Record in the DNS zone of the domain.
8) Select Record type i.e. A or as required by you.
9) Enter Following details as marked in RED
10) Click Ok.
Information: The resource record new.gwdemo.com. A 123.123.123.123 was created.
Information: Changes made to DNS records are not saved yet. The changes made are highlighted below.
11) Click Update to apply the changes to DNS zone or click Revert to abandon the changes.
Information: Changes made to DNS records were saved.
12) To Manage SOA Record, Click on SOA Record.
13) To Restore Defaults all DNS records., Click on Restore Defaults.
14) Mark on following Check boxes.
WWW prefix
Confirm the restoration of the DNS zone
15) Click Ok.
Information: The records in the DNS zone gwdemo.com were restored.
16) To Delete the selected DNS Records. Follow the marked steps in RED.
17) Mark Check box Confirm removaland then Click Ok.
Information: Changes made to DNS records are not saved yet. The changes made are highlighted below.
Click Update to apply the changes to DNS zone or click Revert to abandon the changes.
Information: Changes made to DNS records were saved.
18) To Edit a Single DNS record, Click on Single record.
19) Here you can change as per requirement as marked in RED.
Information: The properties of the resource record *.webmail.gwdemo.com. CNAME gwdemo.com. were changed.

20) Click Update to apply the changes to DNS zone or click Revert to abandon the changes.
