To Create User Accounts, please follow the following settings:-
1) Login to Plesk control panel.
2) Click on "Users Tab".
3) Click on "User Roles Tab" and then Click on "Create User Role"
4) Enter the "Required detail" as marked in RED
*Assign a User role : User roles grant users administrative privileges and access to applications that you selected for the role.
*Access to subscriptions : Allow users to access only a specified subscription. The "All" value grants them access to all subscriptions within your hosting account.
5) Click Ok.
Information: The user account Account Name was created.
