In user role you can mentioned the things which is only user can access.To create user role in plesk follow the following steps:-

1)Login to Plesk control panel.

2)Click on Users Tab.

3)Click on User Roles as shown bellow.

4)Click on Create User Role.

5)Enter the user role name and grant and deny the role according to requirment then at the end click on OK.

6)Here you can see the Information:The user role was created.
