To deactivated mail service of a subscription follow the following steps:-

1)Login to Plesk control panel.

2)Click on Subscriptions.

3)Click on subscription name.

deactivate mail

4)Click on  Mail tab.

deactivate mail

5)In Mail Settings select the domain name and then click on Activate/Deactivate Services.

6)Select Disable and then click on OK.

7)Here you can see the Information:Mail service were successfully changed for the selected domains.
