To create mailbox follow the following steps:-

1)Login to Plesk control panel.

2)Click on Subscriptions.

3)Click on subscription name.

4)Click on  Mail tab.

5)Click on Create Email Address.

create mail

6)Enter the mailbox name and then Generate the password.

create mail

7)Select the checkbox of mailbox and then click OK.

8)Here is the Information:Email address was created.
