How to view / Manage DNS Settings for your domains
View the reports on how your websites are visited: See how many people visited a site and which webpage they viewed.

Please follow the following steps:

1) Login to Plesk control panel.


2) Click on Websites & Domains.


3) Click on Domain Name as marked in RED.


4) Click on DNS Settings. [SEE FULL VIEW]
Manage DNS zones for your domain names.


5) Click Switch Off the DNS Service.
Switch off the DNS service for the DNS zone domainname.com

Information: The DNS zone gwdemo.com is no longer served by this DNS server.

6) Click on Switch on the DNS Service

Information: The DNS zone gwdemo.com is now served by this DNS server.

7) Click on Switch DNS Service Mode
Make the DNS server act as a slave for the zone domaniname.com

Information: This server now acts as a slave for the DNS zone gwdemo.com.

8) Click on Add Record
Specify new name server in the DNS zone domainname.com


a) Add resource record value as marked in RED.


b) Click Ok.

c) See Above marked record added.

Note: To Edit any DNS record to Click on any record.

d) Click on Update
Click to save the changes made to DNS records.

Information: Changes made to DNS records were saved.

9) Click SOA Record.
Edit the SOA record of the DNS zone domainname.com


a) Modify SOA record as marked in RED.


10) Restore Defaults.
Restore the default records in the DNS zone domainname.com


a) Select the required field as marked in RED.

Information: The records in the DNS zone gwdemo.com were restored.
