To download a backup file from the Plesk control panel's to local system, please follow the following:-

1) Login to Plesk control panel.

2) Click on "Account Tab".

3) Click on "Back Up My Account and Websites"

4) Click the "Backup" Icon

5) Fill all Mandatory files as Highlited in RED

6) Then Click on Backup button
