FIX Error "550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name", Permanent Error, Qmail Plesk Print this Article
If the client is getting the below error when he/she is sending email
to mail account in your domain then you need to check if that email
address exist on your mail server or not.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
:
XX.XX.XX.XX does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17)
Giving up on XX.XX.XX.XX.

To check if email account exist or not Please follow the following steps:-
1) Login to Plesk control panel.
2) Click on Mail accounts.
3) Check if the address on which the client has emailed exist or not.
Note:- In the below screenshot we assume that client has send an email to
test@demo.grabweb.com.
4) If account does not exist create that email account in Plesk.

5) Check again by sending the test email on that email account once you have created the email account.
