If the sender is getting the below error when he is sending you the email then you need to increase the quota of the users mailbox.

Please follow the following steps to increse the mailbox quota from your plesk control panel.

1) Login to Plesk control panel.

2) Click on Mailbox.

3) Select the email address for which you want to increase quota.

5) Increase the size in Mailquota text box and click on "OK"
