1. Login into Plesk panel.
2. Click on the "Subscriptions" button of the left side of the screen as marked in the image.
3. Click on the "Subscriptions Name" as marked in the image.
4. Click on the "Websites & Domains" button as marked in the image.
5. Select "Backup Manager" at the right side of the screen as marked in the image.
6. Click 'Backup file" which you want to download as marked in the image.
7. Select the "Download" option to get the file download on the local system as marked in the image.
8. Enter the Password and click on the "Ok" button to download the file.
