To add new Customer with Subscription and without Subscrption in plesk, please follow the following steps :-
1) Login to Plesk control panel.
2) Click on "Customers"
3) click on "Add New Customers"
4) Fill Customer Information fileds.
5) Fill the Access to Panel Details
6) If you want to Create a Subscritoin for the Customer then click on
"Check box Create subscription for the customer"
